1. About these terms
These terms apply to use of the Learn With Lukey website and to enquiries submitted through it. Driving lessons and courses may also be subject to a separate learner agreement provided before or when lessons are arranged. If there is a conflict, the signed or otherwise agreed learner agreement will take priority for the lesson booking.
2. Lesson availability and bookings
Submitting a booking request does not create a confirmed booking. A lesson is confirmed only when Luke has agreed the date, time, collection point, price and any other relevant arrangements.
3. Prices and payments
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please contact Learn With Lukey to confirm the latest pricing and lesson availability. Payment arrangements, block-booking conditions and any refund terms will be confirmed when the booking is agreed.
4. Cancellations and rearrangements
The cancellation and rearrangement policy that applies to a learner will be the policy stated in the learner agreement or otherwise confirmed at the time of booking. Any cancellation charge will be applied fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
5. Learner responsibilities
- Learners must hold a valid provisional or full driving licence appropriate for the lesson.
- Learners must tell Luke about any medical condition, medication or other matter that may affect their ability to drive safely.
- Learners must not attend a lesson while unfit to drive, including through alcohol, drugs, illness or extreme tiredness.
- Suitable footwear and any required glasses or contact lenses should be worn.
6. Safety and lesson changes
Luke may change, shorten or cancel a lesson where continuing would be unsafe or impractical, including because of severe weather, vehicle problems, illness, road closures or concerns about a learner’s fitness to drive. Any payment or rearrangement will be handled according to the learner agreement and the circumstances.
7. Driving tests and test readiness
Luke may provide professional advice about test readiness, but cannot guarantee a test pass. Use of the tuition vehicle for a practical test is subject to prior agreement, vehicle availability and Luke being satisfied that the learner can use the vehicle safely.
8. Intensive courses
Intensive-course availability and scheduling must be agreed in advance. The number of hours suitable for a learner depends on experience, progress and confidence. A course does not guarantee that a learner will be ready to take or pass a test by a particular date.
9. Photos and Hall of Fame
Pupil photos and related details are published only with permission. Permission can be withdrawn at any time by contacting Learn With Lukey, after which the content will be removed within a reasonable period.
10. Website information
Reasonable care is taken to keep the website accurate and current, but information may change. The website may occasionally be unavailable or contain an error. Please contact Luke to confirm anything important before relying on it.
11. Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects a consumer’s statutory rights.
