When you contact us or submit a booking request, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred lesson times, collection postcode, driving experience and anything else you choose to include in your message.
For existing learners, additional information may be collected where needed to provide lessons, manage payments, record progress, arrange tests or meet legal and safety responsibilities.

- To respond to enquiries and arrange lessons.
- To provide tuition and manage the learner relationship.
- To communicate about bookings, changes, payments and test arrangements.
- To keep appropriate business, safety and financial records.
- To publish pass photos or testimonials only where permission has been given.

Depending on the situation, information may be used because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract, to meet a legal obligation, for legitimate business interests, or because you have given consent.

Information is not sold. It may be shared only where necessary with service providers that support the business, professional advisers, payment providers, hosting or form providers, or public authorities where required by law. Information about a practical test may also be handled where necessary to support the learner’s booking and tuition.

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up. Learner, payment and business records may be kept for longer where needed for the lesson relationship, legal obligations, accounting, insurance or the resolution of a complaint. Photo consent records are kept while the related photo or testimonial is published.
7. Photos and testimonials
Hall of Fame photos, names, test centres and testimonials are published only with permission. You can withdraw permission at any time by contacting us, and the content will be removed within a reasonable period.
8. Your rights
You may have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction, to object to some uses, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis being used.
9. Complaints
Please contact Learn With Lukey first so any concern can be addressed. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.
10. Security
Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information. However, no method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid submitting highly sensitive information through the website form.
